CUMBRAE FARMS LAMB

• Our lamb, exclusive to Cumbrae’s, is primarily Dorset or Dorset cross.
• These lambs are raised on small farms in great agricultural regions including Haldimand County and Creemore in Ontario.
• We also offer Pure Bred Texel lamb raised in London, Ontario.
• The lambs are milk fed from birth and finished on alfalfa bay, corn and barley.
• Our lamb is “set up” for seven days to permit the meat to mature to perfection.

CUMBRAE FARMS PORK

• Our exclusive farm partners in Norkfold County raise beautiful Yorkshire Duroc pigs and use 100 percent natural vegetable feed.
• We also offer Purebred, Heritage Breed Berkshire pork from a small family farm in Georgian Bay.
• Milk fed suckling pig from St. Canut Farm in Quebec, is available in all cuts.
• We make our own tender bacon from the bellies, and plump hams from the legs.

CUMBRAE FARMS POULTRY

• Our poultry is flavourful, moist and tender and it's fresh daily from the farm.
• Our chickens roam freely and are fed grains, corn and soya to promote healthy growth and great taste.
• We've always insisted on air-chilling - to keep handling and processing to a minimum and to avoid the moisture gain that water processing causes.
